At MCDIAURA, every piece is handcrafted with care, precision, and intention. Because of our fully artisanal production process, our shipping timelines differ slightly from mass-produced products. Please read the details below to understand how your order will be prepared and delivered.

Processing Time (Handcrafting)

All MCDIAURA products are made to order.

Handcrafting time: 3 business days
Your item is created individually by our artisans after an order is placed.
Processing time includes preparing materials, hand-hammering titanium cups, pouring natural wax blends, and final quality checks.

Shipping Time

After your order is handcrafted and packed, it will be shipped out.

Standard international shipping: 7–10 business days
(Shipping time may vary depending on the destination country and local customs.)

Please note that shipping time does not include the 3-day handcrafting period.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

10–13 business days
(3 business days handcrafting + 7–10 business days shipping)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can track your package at any time.

We currently ship worldwide. If your location is not supported during checkout, please contact us and we will try our best to arrange alternative shipping options.

Customs & Import Duties

The price of the product already includes all taxes and fees; customers do not need to pay any additional taxes or fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please reach out to us.
We will assist you in checking with the carrier and provide solutions when possible.
