15-Day Return & Refund Window

You may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.

Quality Issues – Free Replacement

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund.
We may request photos for verification to ensure faster processing.

Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike, wrong size chosen), the return is still accepted within 15 days.
However, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customized / Made-to-Order Items

For custom orders that include personalized engravings, custom designs, or made-to-order specifications:

  • These items are eligible for returns within 15 days.

  • A 60% customization fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover production and material costs.

Conditions for Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original condition, unworn and unused

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

  • Not be intentionally damaged or altered

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
